Returns and refunds
Two things apply to your order. The statutory right every EU consumer has, and our own 30 day guarantee, which is longer. You can use whichever suits you.
Our 30 day guarantee
Try the glasses. If your evenings are no different, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you. You do not need a reason, and you do not need to have kept the box sealed. Given how mixed the sleep research is, a guarantee is the only honest way to sell these.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Separately from the above, EU law gives you 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. This right comes from the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Latvia. To use it, tell us clearly within those 14 days that you are withdrawing. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
How to start a return
- Email info@hueban.com with your order number and say you would like to return.
- We reply with return instructions and the address to send to.
- Post the glasses back, ideally in the case they arrived in.
Condition
Send the glasses back in a condition that lets us assess them. Normal handling is fine, including having worn them in the evening, which is the whole point. We may reduce a refund if the goods have been damaged beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics, which is the standard the Directive sets.
Refunds
Once the glasses reach us and we have checked them, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. That includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid, which for orders inside Latvia is zero.
Return postage
You pay the cost of posting the glasses back to us.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us and we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund you in full. This is in addition to the rights above, not instead of them.
